From the our Diving Officer 06/11/2000:
- On a recent Dry suit coarse Chris, Christian, Sara & James all passed with flying colours
- The trip to the Farn Islands was unfortunately a bit of a non-starter on the weather front. This is the first time we have been and not dived at all however, we were not as unlucky as the group stopping at Stan Hall's camp site with us. They had come from Suffolk for the last 3 years and never even got in the sea!
- The Oban trip was an outstanding success in spite of predicted force 8 gales. These actually didn't arrive until we were packed up ready to go home, write up coming soon honest!!!
- On Sun 29 October 2000 Christian,
Sarah & James passed their club diver written exam, James
with the highest marks, well done one and all.
